Frequently asked questions
What is a credit?
The in-app unit of payment: 1 credit = 1 second of finished standard-quality video. A 30-second video costs 30 credits; recreating a trend costs 1.5 credits per second (the exact price is on the trend card). Before you start, the app shows how much will be charged, and if a shoot fails on our side the credits are returned.
Purchased credits never expire. Bonus credits (for inviting a friend) are valid for 90 days.
Do I need filming or editing experience?
No. The producer asks the questions, suggests topics and scenes, and you pick options. A couple of photos and a few sentences — spoken or typed — are enough.
Who owns the finished video?
You do: you can post it on social media and use it for your business, including in ads. You are responsible for what you upload: photos of people only with their consent, no one else's content and no fakes of real people. Details are in the terms of use.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This deletes your photos, voice notes, projects and finished videos on our server, the link to your Apple ID and your invite code. If you can't access the app, email support@remeik.click.
What data do you keep?
Only what the service needs: project materials (photos, voice notes, texts, reels you send), results, an installation identifier, your Apple ID if you sign in with Apple, and purchase history. A reel sent for breakdown is deleted after 24 hours. No ad trackers, and we don't sell data. Full details are in the privacy policy.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com, choose the purchase and give a reason. Apple makes the decision. After a refund, the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.
